Dr. Kao delivered a public address on April 30, 2025 on reparations at the Walter H. Capps Center for the Study of Ethics, Religion, and Public Life at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
She enjoyed fielding questions from the audience of students and faculty and also the dinner with some faculty & doctoral students that followed.
