Grace Kao enjoyed the 2026 annual meeting of the SCE held in Washington, D.C.
Her official responsibilities included convening a “breakfast with the author” session on Christine Pae’s book (and completing her service on the nominations committee.
A highlight was catching up with colleagues at the conference and a few who lived in the area while participating in a protest against ICE.
